Please note that we do not employ any administrative staff, we save the money for our cats so the best way to reach us is via email not on the phone. The phone is only monitored a few times each week so text messages and multiple calls will be missed. Emails are monitored periodically through the week so please allow up to a week for a response.
All bookings are done via our online booking system at https://ecom.roller.app/wildcatconservationcentre/booknow/en/home, not over the email or phone.
We also only book tours up to a few months in advance of any given date. Our tours are designed to fit in around our conservation work which is ever changing, hence our availability fluctuates and changes through the year. We do not offer tours consistently through the year like a wildlife park or zoo.
