What is workplace giving?
Through Workplace Giving (sometimes called Payroll Giving), employees contribute a nominated portion of their pre-tax salary to their chosen charity and receive the tax benefit straight away by reducing their taxable income, rather than waiting until the end of the financial year. It is a joint relationship between employers, employees and charities!

Organisations can also match employee contributions in a variety of ways through Matched Giving. Some organisations match donations dollar for dollar, others choose to double match or match to a capped amount. This initiative is a great way to support and honour employees’ commitment to the causes they care about.
